Emergency preparedness training

On Thursday, September 3, Mrs. Shales will review Oakwood’s emergency procedures and “Stop, Look, and Listen” drill practices with all Middle School students during an assembly.

Oakwood asks families to know the school’s emergency and reunification procedures and to keep a printed copy of the parent information pamphlet in the car.

OAKWOOD ATHLETICS · ACTION

Boys soccer

Confirm every event in TeamSnap One · Do not practice through injuries

Coaches want both teams to move the ball down the sideline instead of into the middle and give full effort. Julian needs shin guards covered by socks, soccer cleats or shoes, and PE shorts for the November 11 scrimmage. His new home games are December 1 and 14 at 4:00 pm; arrive by 3:30 pm. James’s first 8th-grade game is expected in about two weeks. The live TeamSnap schedules also feed the Hub calendar.
